This workshop includes:
~simple approaches anyone can learn to soothe and care for their partner or loved ones
~techniques will address tension in the lower back & hips (1st series)
~common health conditions & important contraindications for specific techniques
~the laws of labour for giving & receiving
* Scheduling times are flexible & locations are convenient. Classes run with 4 students minimum &10 students maximum.
